A stunning newly furnished, spacious 2 bedroom house within the complex of Capistrano Pueblo, with spectacular south facing sea views from a large sized 30 sq mt terrace. The house is located close to the entrance of the urbanisation and as a result close to one of the largest supermarkets in Nerja (Mercadona) and the communal swimming pool.
The property comprises of 2 generous sized bedrooms, a bathroom, and open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. The south facing terrace is unusually large for a 2 bedroom property and offers sun throughout the day while also providing a partly covered shaded area with a comfortable corner sofa with coffee table. It also offers a gas barbeque, dining table with 4 chairs, and 2 sun loungers.
The kitchen is small yet well equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave. It is an open plan kitchen adjoining to the dining area space which offers a modern round, glass dining room table with 4 chairs.
There is a side table and mirror close by, leading to the welcoming living area with a sofa, armchair, rug, coffee table, wall mounted TV and Wifi.
The apartment is light and both living room and master bedroom have double doors that open up onto the terrace. The master bedroom is generous in size and is furnished with a double bed with headboard, bedside tables and lamps, wall canvas, and double built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom comprises of twin beds, bedside tabled and lamps, wall canvas and built-in wardrobes.
The shared bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink with mirrored cabinets and washing machine.

Pueblo 15 is an excellent property, good sized bedrooms and wardrobe space. Outside space is the star of the property with wonderful views

This property has the most amazing terrace, we sat out all day, made better by the fact that the pool was only across the road so we didn’t have to go far to cool down.
We had a small issue with some ants in the kitchen but the staff at casa sol sorsee more

We had a small issue with some ants in the kitchen but the staff at casa sol sorted this out within an hour and I didn’t see another ant for the rest of my holiday. Beds are super comfy, small kitchen but everything you need, lovely living area. We felt so safe in the village too, made better by the security of the doors. |

Best place we had in Nerja. The terrace is amazing and we had msny breakfasts enjoying the magnificent view. We are definitely be back soon.

The veranda is really great. Sun all day and very nice furniture. The beds are comfortable and you sleep really good in them. The location is fantastic, in front of Capistrano Village.
